Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in AI/ML or Software Engineering.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance (Minimum).
• Expert-level Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Track record of delivering AI capabilities that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI/ML systems integrated into production-grade data platforms.
• Design and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs) for edge devices.
• Lead applied research and engineering investments for the entire firm.
• Build, scale, and mentor a multi-team AI/ML engineering organization.
• Partner with DevSecOps to operationalize models in secure Kubernetes environments.
• Translate high-level mission needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of Agentic workflows and RAG architectures.
