Coherent Solutions in the United States (Georgia) is seeking a Lead AI Engineer for the Digital Marketing domain. You will lead two GenAI teams, shaping roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and delivering AI-driven analytics and automation for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and business operations, implement cutting-edge AI techniques, and integrate external APIs to build scalable, robust solutions using Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript in a modern stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years with Python including FastAPI, async programming, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
• Experience with TypeScript and NestJS.
• Experience designing AI agents using LangGraph and/or LangChain with graph-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, RAG, prompt engineering, and observability.
