Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Lead Software Engineer IV to shape the AI-enabled healthcare platform. This full-time role can be remote nationwide or hybrid in Chicago, IL, working with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered workflows to deliver RCM solutions used nationwide.

You will lead technically, mentor engineers, and partner with users to drive architecture and product direction while maintaining strong ownership and work-life flexibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, event-driven architectures, relational databases, and AI-powered workflows to build next-generation Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions used by thousands of healthcare providers nationwide.
