Job summary

Software Technology Inc. seeks a Lead AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions across Google, AWS, and Microsoft ecosystems. You will mentor engineers, lead architecture and collaborate with business teams to shape AI strategy.

The role focuses on agentic and generative AI, contextual engineering, and conversational AI, with responsibilities spanning NLP, LLM, RAG, and API integrations to enterprise platforms such as SharePoint and Office 365, while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience including 4+ years in Conversational AI/Generative AI.
• 2+ years Google Conversational AI with Dialogflow CX/CX Agent Studio.
• 2+ years Enterprise Looker Dashboard development for AI monitoring.
• 2+ years AWS GenAI experience with Bedrock, Transcribe, Comprehend, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform preferred.
• Strong API integration, NLP, LLM, and AI architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, virtual assistants, and GenAI solutions.
• Lead AI architecture, API design, integrations, and conversational workflows.
• Develop and optimize NLP, LLM, RAG, intent matching, and AI agent solutions.
• Build and monitor AI performance dashboards using Looker.
• Develop solutions using Google Dialogflow CX/CX Agent Studio, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, SharePoint, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
• Analyze agent performance and continuously improve accuracy and user experience.
• Mentor AI engineers and conduct technical/design reviews.
• Lead POCs, emerging technology initiatives, and solution architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, UX, PMs, Automation CoE, and cross-functional teams.
