The AI Enablement Interaction team builds and operates a unified layer that makes AI guidance actionable for users across the enterprise, turning complex concepts into practical steps.

We seek a Product Manager to own the AI Enablement roadmap, partner with UX and engineers, translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive measurable outcomes while shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and lifecycles.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools concepts (agents, RAG, fine-tuning).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the AI Enablement interaction layer.
• Partner with UX and cross‑functional design teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Serve as an AI subject matter expert and translate AI concepts into guidance for users and stakeholders.
• Act as content thought leader for AI guidance and standards.
• Translate roadmaps into sprint plans with technical leads.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to optimize the interaction layer.
• Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Identify dependencies and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead an AI Community of Practice across the enterprise.
