84.51° is hiring a Lead AI Learning Manager to craft and scale enterprise AI education across the Kroger family. You’ll own learning roadmaps, measure outcomes, and drive adoption of AI technologies at scale.

In this role you’ll partner with Technology, HR, and business leaders to design AI‑enabled learning experiences, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver program rigor with measurable impact on productivity and responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, learning & development, or technical enablement.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of modern product and agile practices; excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Demonstrated curiosity, experimentation mindset, and passion for emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical innovations into practical, business‑relevant capability‑building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI learning strategy and portfolio, defining vision, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Operate AI learning as a product portfolio with backlogs and lifecycle management.
• Define and track metrics: literacy, engagement, adoption, and measured impact.
• Establish learning pathways from foundational literacy to advanced AI applications.
• Coordinate across matrixed Technology, Corporate, and Frontline learning groups.
• Partner with HR, Change Management, and Business leaders to align tools and workflows.
• Deliver quarterly planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement for AI learning initiatives.
• Manage vendors, platforms, and content strategy to ensure scale and quality.
