Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise software delivery toward AI-native workflows. You will map and redesign delivery processes, and lead AI-enabled upgrades across engineering, QA, security, and platforms.

You will work with clients on strategy, roadmaps, and change management, traveling as needed to implement modernized SDLC practices for AI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working across the full SDLC, requirements through release.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting/advisory capacity with enterprise-scale organizations.
• Minimum of 3 years applying flow metrics or value stream mapping as diagnostic tools.
• Minimum of 2 years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC.
• Design AI-native to-be processes that restructure software delivery.
• Guide change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows.
• Strategy and design of agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases.
• Know how to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and token impact.
• Model SDLC as a system with feedback loops and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform.
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystem and MCP tooling.
• Track research on model releases and practitioner patterns.
• Translate benchmarks into actionable roadmaps for enterprises.
• Influence clients to modernize processes for AI-enabled SDLC.
