Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Software Development Manager to lead the Managed Software Deployments team. You will own the deployment control plane and grow a high-performing group of engineers focused on speed and safety for Amazon builders.

Responsibilities include shaping the roadmap, delivering scalable systems, and partnering with product teams to align strategy across domains in a fast-moving ASBX environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience.
3+ years of designing or architecting scalable systems.
8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle and good practices.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and grow a diverse team of engineers.
Own the control plane for code deployment.
Obsess over the builder experience and turn feedback into roadmaps.
