Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer focused on the Federal/public sector to steer AI-augmented deployments for enterprise customers in Washington, DC and nationwide. You’ll define data models, KPIs, and dashboards, directing AI agents while validating outputs against client requirements.

You’ll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, manage scope and timelines, and enable adoption through hands-on training and knowledge transfer. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in management, IT consulting, or process optimization in software vendors or SI firms.
• Proficiency with Celonis platform, PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers in a fast AI-driven delivery model.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards aligned with business outcomes.
• Validate outputs for accuracy and business relevance, iterating with customers.
