Job summary

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise databases in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations and insight on data management, governance procedures, and data utilization.
• Works with offshore teams to resolve high-priority issues.
• Designs and maintains reliable software solutions for monitoring and alerting.
• Maintains SQL Server availability groups and replication issues.
• Supports PostgreSQL environments and vector databases used for AI/ML retrieval workloads.
• Uses AI tools to automate routine tasks and speed up issue resolution.
• Partners with offshore teams to ensure coverage across time zones.
• Supports on-call rotation.
• Contributes to a culture of DEI and respect.
