Job summary

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a Product Engineer to drive development and customer adoption of Virtuoso AI‑driven Layout Automation flows. This customer-facing role sits at the intersection of analog layout expertise, automation technology, and customer workflows to scale next-generation Virtuoso automation flows.

The candidate should have hands-on analog/mixed-signal layout experience, deep familiarity with Virtuoso, and exposure to automation flows.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with analog/mixed-signal layout and Virtuoso.
• Exposure to layout automation, migration, or constraint-driven flows.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and articulate technical concepts.
• Scripting experience is a plus.
