Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join the Physician Enterprise Development team. The role emphasizes hands-on development with Microsoft stack, Azure, Angular, and cloud-native applications, delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

You'll lead teams, mentor engineers, and drive best practices while designing AI-enabled systems and RESTful services in a hybrid Dallas/NJ/NYC region setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies
• Expert-level proficiency in: C#, .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, EF Core, SQL Server
• Strong experience with Angular (v12+) and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI systems
• Experience delivering AI initiatives independently in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and RAG systems
• Extensive experience designing and developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and DDD
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, OAuth 2.0, and JWT
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Responsibilities

• Seeking a hands-on professional with strong Microsoft stack, Azure, Angular, and cloud-native application expertise.
• Lead teams, design scalable solutions, and drive engineering best practices.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms is required.
• Role combines technical design, hands-on development, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Develop modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Exposure to Basic Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Management and services like AKS, Service Bus, App Insights.
• Design and implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD B2C.
• Candidate should have practical experience implementing AI solutions
• Exposure to Database design & Performance optimization AI Solution Design & Delivery
• Understand business problems and translate them into scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, monitoring, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead or contribute to multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while coordinating with engineering leads, product managers, architects, and offshore teams.
• Independently drive proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production implementations.
