Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Automation Portfolio Manager in the United States to lead enterprise automation initiatives, manage budgets, and guide teams across projects. The role emphasizes value realization, governance, and strong business partnership with stakeholders.

You will oversee demand intake, align priorities, coordinate with the AI Automation Engineer, and drive staffing, licensing, and KPI reporting to ensure program health and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree required.
• Experience in enterprise technology delivery and automation.
• Strong leadership and budgeting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation demand from intake through value realization.
• Own portfolio visibility, budget, workforce planning, vendor capacity, governance, reporting, and people management.
• Clarify demand and business value; coordinate feasibility with Lead AI Automation Engineer.
• Manage planning, spend, licensing, work sequencing, dependencies, escalations, KPIs, support model, career development, team health, operating model improvements.
