Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. seeks a Sr. AI Architect to join the Texas Fab Yield Enhancement team in Richardson.

You will design and deploy AI/data platforms that drive yield improvement and root-cause analysis across wafer fabrication operations. You will bridge advanced analytics with semiconductor manufacturing knowledge, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with IT to integrate solutions into production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EE, Materials Sci, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or fab data systems.
• Master's or PhD may reduce required years of industry experience.
• Expertise in statistical correlation methods applied to manufacturing data.
• Strong software engineering with Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, Git.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI/Data solutions for automated root cause analysis of yield excursions and process drift.
• Design statistical correlation engines linking process parameters, metrology data, and electrical test results.
• Build and maintain AI/ML solutions for anomaly detection and process control enhancement.
• Work with IT to integrate solutions with manufacturing systems and data platforms.
• Lead cross functional teams of Yield, Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, and IT teams to build and deploy production software applications.
• Define and help manage with IT the site data architecture strategies for optimal impact.
