EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement advanced memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI. Lead a team of AI Architects focused on multi-agent designs, context systems, and scalable inference optimization across hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities and strategic IP development.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools/code assist.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search capabilities.
• Benchmark architectures with agent and human-evaluations for performance.
• Build and test replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead AI architecture team and mentor Knowledge/Data engineers.
