NobleAI, Inc. is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer specializing in conversational and agentic systems to architect, build, and deploy intelligent features for our VIP platform.

You will design multi-step workflows, integrate tools and APIs, and lead cross-functional collaboration with scientists and engineers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI/ML with NLP focus, hands-on Python, PyTorch/TF, and experience with RAG, LLM agents, and cloud microservices (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• MS or above in CS/AI or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems with NLP focus.
• Proven experience shipping chatbots or agentic systems using LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design domain-specific AI systems and chatbots with complex dialogue management and workflow execution.
• Collaborate with scientists to fine-tune and deploy LLMs on domain data.
• Build and maintain RAG systems and guardrails for end-to-end model lifecycle.
• Work with product and software engineers to integrate features into the platform.
• Establish prompt engineering and data governance best practices.
