Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Lead Analytics, Product Innovation to drive AI-enabled, data-driven capabilities across the RCM organization. You will frame ML use cases, develop models, and support deployment from prototype to production.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders; leverage Python, SQL, and Azure OpenAI; evaluate GenAI, ensure governance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytics or data science roles with hands-on ML experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs is a plus.
• Healthcare/RCM domain knowledge helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Azure stack.

Responsibilities

• Frames business problems into ML use cases with metrics.
• Builds and evaluates traditional ML models and performs feature engineering.
• Applies GenAI capabilities including prompt design and RAG basics.
• Develop prototypes using Python, SQL, and Azure OpenAI.
• Collaborates with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Communicates insights to stakeholders.
• Ensures data governance and security standards.
• Prototype and evaluate GenAI/LLM components to complement ML solutions.
