Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Agile Business Analyst / Document Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support enterprise insurance platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system enhancements and changes.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across multiple systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business rules.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal policies, and controls.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
