Moore in the United States is seeking a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to own the technical core of SimioAccelerate. You’ll build the agent infrastructure from the ground up, enabling donor data reasoning, outreach planning, and integration with fundraising platforms.

You’ll guide architecture, write code daily, mentor engineers, and partner with nonprofit clients to shape the product roadmap. This remote US role offers a salary of $165k–$175k and opportunities to impact thousands of donors.

• Design and build multi-agent fundraising workflows, including donor research, outreach personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Architect the agent orchestration layer for planning, delegation, coordination, state, and failure recovery.
• Create evaluation and observability systems to measure agent performance and drive improvements.
• Define the technical roadmap and evaluate new models, frameworks, and approaches as the space evolves.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and set engineering standards.
