Dataro is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build out modeling and data science for US partnerships and our prospect research product. You will own work end to end, from analysis through to production, with autonomy and close collaboration with data engineering and product.

This role emphasizes solving hard data questions at scale and shipping impactful solutions for nonprofits. You will lead the data and quantitative side of high-stakes donor profiling and wealth modelling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years applying data science or ML with production deployment.
• Strong Python and standard ML frameworks.
• Experience with experimental design and model validation.
• Ability to own end-to-end data projects.
• Experience with LLM/generative AI features.
• Fundraising, nonprofit data experience.
• Familiarity with donor propensity or wealth modelling.
• AWS or equivalent for deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnership models and iterate on existing ones.

• Own data pipeline end-to-end from analysis to production.
