Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Cabin Appearance/Cleaning associate to coordinate cleaning operations and support overnight and weekend shifts. You will train staff, maintain supplies, and ensure aircraft interiors meet quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and reliable attendance. Eligible for employee flight privileges and growth programs within the airline network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license; some restrictions may apply
• Overnight hours including weekends/holidays; shifts vary by location
• Relaxed schedule flexibility for extra hours as needed
• Ability to report to work regularly and on time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry/handle supplies
• Must read/write/speak English fluently and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cabin appearance cleaning operations, scheduling, and staffing
• Administer local training programs and manage supplies/logs
• Perform cabin appearance tasks and clean aircraft interiors
• Clean seatback pockets, seat cushions, trays, overhead bins, galley and lavatories
• Stock onboard supplies and dispose of trash; keep areas clean
• Report damaged items or missing items from aircraft cabins
• Follow check-lists and complete tasks within time constraints
• Collaborate with supervisor and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the overall cabin appearance cleaning operation by conducting agent observations and associated activities, scheduling, manpower utilization as well as maintaining a safe, dependable and consistent operation
• Administer local training programs, maintain supplies and inventory control logs as well as assist management in the completion of administrative duties
• Performs Cabin Appearance Agent work as required
• Perform the cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors
• Cabin cleaning is done using specified cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment
• Responsible for cleaning seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cabin cockpit, galley, and lavatories
• May clean aircraft windshields when appropriate
• Responsible for stocking supplies onboard the aircraft which include toilet paper, sanitary products, drinking cups, napkins, and condiments in galley areas and lavatories
• Remove and dispose of trash from work areas
• Keep ramp area and supply areas clean and free of debris
• May provide guide man functions and connect/remove ground power start units
• Use a specified check-list to ensure all work is completed
• Complete all work assignments within specific time constraints
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on aircraft left by a customer as well as any identifying any damaged items in the work area or aircraft cabin

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or internationalequivalent
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspendedstate driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
• Ability to workovernight hours including weekends and holidays; shifts may vary depending on location
• Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity
• Be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
• Must have attention to detail to accomplish cleaning of all areas of aircraft interior
• Abilityto carry, bend, lift and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated ability to communication effectively both orally and in writing
• Abilityto read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Previous experience in a team lead capacity preferred
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary
• Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment are essential
• Administrative experience preferred
• Above average attendance preferred
