The Lead Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering a premium client experience, performing sophisticated treatments, and potentially overseeing junior staff. Services include advanced facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, and a full range of permanent makeup procedures (brows, lips, eyeliner). The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of skin physiology, a keen eye for cosmetic design, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and client care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, and micro-needling.
• Execute precise and aesthetically pleasing permanent makeup procedures, including microblading, powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, assess their skin, and recommend suitable treatments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience as an Aesthetician, with at least 4 years specializing in permanent makeup.
• Relevant professional certifications and licenses in aesthetics and permanent makeup artistry are mandatory.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional permanent makeup artistry and advanced aesthetic treatment results.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, color theory, and pigment formulation.
• Proficiency with industry-leading permanent makeup devices, pigments, and sterilization equipment.
• Excellent client communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• A meticulous approach to work, with a strong emphasis on detail and client safety.
