Job summary

Lumaire Aesthetic Medicine & Longevity in Portland, ME seeks an experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join as Lead Aesthetic Injector. This leadership role offers potential Medical Director responsibilities and a chance to shape clinical direction for a growing, patient-centered practice.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of aesthetic injecting experience, strong facial anatomy knowledge, and a collaborative approach to long-term care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in neuromodulators, fillers, and facial rejuvenation.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and natural-looking techniques.
• Exceptional clinical judgment, communication skills and patient safety.
• Relationship-driven clinician with interest in leadership and practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced injectable treatments (neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulatory therapies).
• Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop long-term plans.
• Build strong patient relationships through education and outcomes.
• Collaborate with aesthetic and longevity teams for a seamless experience.
• Help guide clinical protocols, patient safety, and provider development.
• Contribute to patient retention and growth of the practice.

The Role

• Deliver advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments such as Sculptra.
• Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop individualized, long-term aesthetic treatment plans.
• Build trusted patient relationships through education, exceptional outcomes, and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with our aesthetic and longevity teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Help guide clinical protocols, patient safety, provider development, and treatment innovation.
• Contribute to patient retention, practice growth, and the continued evolution of Lumaire.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, eligible to practice in Maine.
• 5+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred, with advanced proficiency in neuromodulators, fillers, and comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and natural-looking treatment techniques.
• Exceptional clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
• A relationship-driven clinician who values thoughtful consultations over transactional treatments.
• A motivated, collaborative professional interested in clinical leadership and long-term practice growth.

Prior leadership experience is valued. Medical Director responsibilities will depend on qualifications and applicable Maine requirements.
