Job summary

The role requires CT licensure (NP or PA) and 1+ year in a medical spa/dermatology environment. Base pay is $85/hour with a 5% bonus on every treated case, plus patient-focused support and discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CT NP or PA licensure.
• Minimum 1+ years in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting.
• Experience with injectables (Botox, Sculptra, Juvederm) to support treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and skin health.
• Sophisticated bedside manner aligned with luxury clientele.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical history reviews, and skin analyses to tailor bespoke treatment plans.
• Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures with RF & Laser modalities and injectables with precision and safety.
• Perform neurotoxin injections.
• Educate patients on treatment science, outcomes, and pre-/post-care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and equipment sterilization.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team and help establish the premier aesthetic destination in Fairfield County.

The Opportunity & Compensation We believe our clinical providers should share directly in the clinic's success. We offer a highly lucrative revenue-share model designed to scale with your performance:

• Base Rate: $85 per hour.
• Bonus: 5% bonus on every treatment you perform.

Clinical Support You will be supported by a dedicated Virtual Concierge team that handles all scheduling, intake triage, and administrative phone calls. Your sole focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical history reviews, and skin analyses to develop bespoke, customized treatment plans.
• Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures (focusing on advanced RF & Laser modalities and injectables) with the highest level of precision and safety.
• Perform neurotoxins injections
• Educate patients on the science behind their treatments, expected outcomes, and exceptional pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain immaculate medical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
• Manage and maintain clinical equipment ensuring proper sterilization and strict aseptic techniques.

Requirements

• Valid and current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Connecticut.
• Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting.
• Experience with injectables (Botox, Sculptra, Juvéderm, etc.) to support comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Strong foundational knowledge of facial anatomy, musculature, and skin health.
