Job summary

Look Lab Med Spa in Winter Park, FL, seeks a qualified Aesthetic Injector to deliver personalized aesthetic treatments and exceptional patient experiences. The role involves consultations, planning, and performing injectables, microneedling, and peels in a collaborative, high-end setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA/RN license with strong facial anatomy knowledge and excellent communication skills, and is motivated to grow within a thriving aesthetic practice.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and assess patient goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans and educate patients on options and risks.
• Perform injectable treatments (dermal fillers, neurotoxins) and skincare procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, accurate documentation, and consent forms.
• Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training.

What You'll Do
As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll serve as a trusted aesthetic advisor and treatment provider, helping patients achieve their goals through personalized care and treatment plans.
Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Assess patient concerns, goals, and treatment candidacy
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes

Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers and neurotoxins
• Perform microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals
• Deliver treatments safely, accurately, and ethically while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and maintenance recommendations
• Ensure optimal patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience

Clinical Excellence & Patient Safety

• Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment plans, and consent forms
• Protect patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Professional Development

• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
• Collaborate with fellow providers and team members to continuously improve patient outcomes

Qualifications
Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and ethical care

Preferred

• Previous aesthetic injecting experience
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Consultation and treatment planning experience
• Interest in personal and professional growth within the aesthetics industry
• Social media and content creation experience is a plus
