Qualifications

• Sufficient High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ months of experience in technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies; support corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits and collaborate with inspectors to ensure compliance with specs and controls.
• Oversee testing activities and inspection teams; review work order flow tags.
• Develop and improve inspection techniques, tools, and instructions.
• Partner with process owners and suppliers on nonconformities and change control.
