Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical systems engineering experience.
• Experience developing electrical architectures and verification plans.
• Ability to translate requirements into subsystem specifications.
• Experience documenting electrical designs and interfaces.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and DO-160/MIL-STD processes.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical system deliverables and drive cross-subsystem decisions.
• Coordinate interfaces across electrical, mechanical, FPGA, and software domains.
• Develop estimates, track progress, and communicate Impacts on cost and schedule.
• Conduct trade studies on performance, weight, power, cost, and reliability.
• Provide direction to suppliers and mentor junior engineers.
• Lead design reviews and system integration activities.
