Job summary

Acutec Precision Aerospace Inc in Meadville, PA seeks an Industrial Automation Integrator to lead automation projects for CNC machining, deploying robotic and cobot systems, and improving throughput and uptime. Qualifications

• This position requires 3–10 years of experience with electrical components and machine control systems.
• Strong background in CNC machining and Fanuc robot programming is essential.
• Familiarity with cobots, safety standards, and automation integration is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to work cross-functionally and lead project efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation department and allocate resources for project success.
• Design, integrate, and deploy robotic and cobot automation for CNC applications.
• Program and configure FANUC robots and related equipment.
• Develop machine-tending, part-handling, inspection, and secondary automation.
• Support vision systems, EOAT, conveyors, safety, and PLC interfaces.
• Optimize cells to improve throughput, uptime, quality, and OEE.
• Collaborate with engineering and production on automation opportunities.
• Assist with simulation, layout, cycle-time analysis, and validation.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers during projects and startups.
• Conduct demonstrations, feasibility reviews, and training.
