The role involves designing fixtures, assembling electro‑mechanical systems, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, up to two years of related experience, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Up to two years related experience; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (OPT/CPT not eligible).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fixtures, test equipment, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability of the assembly or machining process.
• Hands-on assembly of electro‑mechanical products, programming and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop training methodology and assist with the technical training of production personnel.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis and resolution of problems on the production floor.
• Provide manufacturing guidance to engineering and manufacturing departments regarding product fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Investigate and propose manufacturing improvement projects using engineering and business analytics.
• Develop and write new work instructions and procedures to document proper manufacturing processes.
