Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in aerial telecommunications construction.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle(s).
• Experience reading telecom construction prints and design maps.
• Knowledge of NESC safety requirements in telecom aerial work.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial construction activities including pole climbing, strand placement, cable placement, and lashings.
• Lead and direct ground crew in aerial construction tasks.
• Interpret plans, maps, and fiber route documentation.
• Install and maintain aerial telecom infrastructure and related components.
• Operate bucket trucks and specialized equipment safely.
