The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of customer data-driven digital marketing solutions, enabling real-time personalization and advanced customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions
• Design and develop Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture
• Implement profile stitching and identity resolution strategies
• Enable real-time customer profiling and segmentation
• Develop and support full-stack applications using Java technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital marketing solutions
• Optimize data pipelines and integrations across marketing platforms
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of implemented solutions

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Proven experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation
• Expertise in profile stitching and identity management
• Experience in real‑time data processing and customer profiling
• Strong Java Full Stack development experience

Nice‑to‑Have Skills
