Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; 10+ years of experience.
• Active US state bar membership.
• Experience in FDA-regulated consumer products (cosmetics, devices, OTC, homeopathic drugs).

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on product claims, labeling and advertising.
• Act as primary day-to-day counsel for assigned brands; provide practical advice on strategic issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely resolutions and risk management.
• Proactively develop expertise and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
