Cooper University Health Care seeks an Advanced Practice Provider Lead (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to lead Trauma and Acute Care Surgery APPs. You will schedule staff, mentor teams, and collaborate with nursing leadership on hospital initiatives, while driving performance improvement and educational outreach.
The role requires a Master’s degree, NJ APN/RN or PA license, and NCCPA certification, with flexible schedule and multi-site onboarding responsibilities.

Minimum of 18 months working as Licensed Advanced Practice Provider.
Master's Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required

American Heart Association BLS
