Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or life sciences field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Biomedical Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics).
• 3+ years of progressive experience delivering advanced analytics and data science solutions in biopharmaceuticals/life sciences.
• Proven experience leading technical project squads delivering AI/ML in business workflows.
• History of delivering data science solutions across medical, commercial, or clinical functions.
• Strong expertise in ML, GenAI, and NLP for healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital innovation initiatives with cross-functional partners and embed AI in workflows.
• Lead technical analytics squads and modernize operations with scalable AI capabilities.
• Coordinate SCRUM-based collaboration, triage issues, and ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Guide analytics products through agile lifecycle, support and enhancements in production.
• Bridge technical concepts with business strategy across USMA, Global R&D, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee backlog refinement, sprint execution, and quality standards for medical analytics tools.
