Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics to join the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights organization. You will lead data-driven initiatives within Fidelity Digital Assets, partnering with teams to deliver insights that enhance customer value and experience.

You will synthesize large datasets, build reporting capabilities, and apply advanced analytics to influence strategic decisions across Digital Assets offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Degree a plus.
• 4+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R and related analytics tools.
• Experience designing dashboards/reports with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik; Business Objects a plus.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena.
• Experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
• Experience in Digital Assets a plus.
