The Lead Therapist is responsible for overseeing all therapeutic responsibilities on the adolescent units. The Lead Therapist will have responsibility to ensure programming occurs as scheduled, educate staff to increase competency for all groups, respond and support therapists in family communications and attend adolescent treatment teams. The Lead Therapist will assist with the development and implementation of activities on the adolescent units, to carry out the organization’s objectives related to social services.
