Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with adolescents (12-17) managing complex emotional and behavioral needs.
High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
Ability to respond effectively in a high-stress environment.
Must pass a drug screening and an extensive background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shift operations of the residential program.
Coordinate care, staffing, budgets and environments that support the treatment philosophy.
Train staff and assist with monthly staff scheduling.
Ensure staff and clients follow the daily and activity schedules.
Plan, facilitate, and ensure SEL groups weekly.
Supervise residents and document behaviors and social-emotional shifts.
