Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of registration experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and/or third-party reimbursement.
• Excellent communication and service-excellence through constructive problem solving.
• Able to type 40 WPM with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently while counseling on financial aspects.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy of registrations and patient flow.
• Schedule staff and assist with training new staff.
• Provide input to job descriptions, evaluations, and employee counseling.
