Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year registration experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and/or third party reimbursement.
• Strong communication and service-excellence skills.

Responsabilités

• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Perform initial financial screenings and counseling.
• Collect money due at the time of service.
• Comply with hospital and department policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy of registrations.
• Schedule staff and train new team members.
• Provide input to job descriptions, evaluations and counseling.
