Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company, is seeking a Capacity Analytics Specialist in Plano, TX. The role focuses on analyzing infrastructure capacity, performance, and forecasting to ensure scalability and business readiness.

You will collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to develop capacity forecasts, produce executive reporting and dashboards, and leverage tools such as MySQL, SQL, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Performance Center.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of MYSQL database administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze infrastructure capacity and performance to ensure scalability and business readiness.
• Review technical project documentation to identify performance and capacity impacts.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to develop capacity forecasts and models using monitoring tools.
• Evaluate performance artifacts using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, and Performance Center.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, forecasting insights, and capacity recommendations.

Mandatory Skills: MYSQL Database Admin. Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
