The State of Oklahoma, Department of Corrections, seeks an Administrative Programs Manager to oversee a major division of correctional mental health initiatives, coordinating programs, budgets, and policy development; and to serve as liaison with state agencies to ensure effective reentry services.

This on-site role requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience, with travel may be required and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years professional experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Preference for LPC, LCSW, LBP, or related professional license.
• Master's degree preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel for job-related duties

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, direct or manage a statewide program component.
• Prepare administrative, statistical and fiscal documents for departmental activity.
• Supervise assigned staff in planning and implementing programs.
• Advise on future resource requirements and priorities; set timetables and develop policies.
• Draft policies and procedures; develop contract and grant proposals.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to manage grant funds.
• Coordinate reentry services for inmates with serious mental illness.
