Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri is seeking a Lead Activities Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of activities and guest programs, including Kids’ Club, holiday events, festivals and private group recreation.

You will lead and train coordinators, supervise activities across open to the public and guest-only settings, manage inventory and records, and ensure safety and fun for all guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• 1–3 years experience in group activities settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Activities Coordinators in Kids’ Club Programs and implement environmentally oriented programs safely.
• Oversee and train associates within the Activities team on a variety of options and classes at Big Cedar properties.
• Manage setup, execution and supervision of guests’ participation in activities during holidays and events; maintain attendance and records.
• Enhance guest experience with engaging activities; provide feedback for monthly schedules and model positive behavior.
• Conduct and implement group recreational activities (games, arts & crafts, outdoor adventures) for guests.
• Manage inventory for activities and ensure supplies are ordered and available for private events and public activities.
