Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior IT professional with extensive Actimise IFM experience to lead development of AIS/RCM components and integrations, spanning installation, configuration, and SQL-based coding within Actimise modules. Strong knowledge of RCM Objects and collaboration with business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Actimise IFM development.
• Strong knowledge of RCM Objects and custom AIS/RCM components.
• Experience with AIS/RCM Plugins development.
• Experience with ActOne and IFM-X installation, configuration, and coding with MS SQL.
• Experience with upgrades and migrations of profiles.
• Familiar with release management processes; hands-on with ServiceNow and Rally.
• Ability to collaborate with business teams to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to write release installation instructions and low-level design documents.
• Proficient in complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Strong leadership and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Java knowledge preferred
• Experience with IFM 10.X
• Experience with Cassandra Database

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects across multiple teams.
• Develop customized AIS/RCM components within Actimise IFM.
• Implement and configure ActOne and IFM-X modules with Microsoft SQL.
• Deliver release installation instructions and technical specifications.

Job description

Must Have:

• 10+ years overall IT experience and 5+ years of development experience in Actimise IFM Solutions Experience in developing customized AIS and RCM Components.
• Good Knowledge and understanding of the RCM Objects.
• Proficiency in development of custom profiles, AIS/RCM Plugins.
• Implementation experience of ActOne and IFM-X install, configure and code with in Actimise modules comprising of the Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in Solution upgrades and profile migrations.
• Good understanding of the release Management process with hands on experience on ServiceNow, Rally.
• Ability to work with business teams and provide solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write and deliver Release installation instructions, Technical Specification document, Low level design documents.
• Hands on experience on Writing and complex SQL server queries and Stored Procedures.
• Should be able to lead the team and co-ordinate with multiple teams.
• Good documentation and communication Skills

Nice to Have:
