Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County in Anaheim, CA seeks an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to lead and grow our installation team. You will oversee remodel projects, ensure top workmanship and customer satisfaction.

With 5+ years of trade experience preferred, you will move off the tools into a leadership role, train installers, troubleshoot installations, and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bathroom remodeling or related trade experience.
• Strong acrylic bath/shower installation experience.
• Deep understanding of residential construction and the trades.
• Previous lead, foreman, or management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop installation professionals.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot challenging installations and provide technical support.
• Inspect completed projects and address quality issues.
• Work with customers to resolve installation concerns.
• Help improve installation processes, efficiency, and team performance.
