Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer ready to move into a leadership role. This position leads installation pros, maintains high workmanship standards, and partners with sales and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will bring 5+ years of bathroom remodeling or related trades, strong acrylic installation skills, and a proven ability to manage teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bathroom remodeling or related trade experience preferred.
• Strong acrylic bath/shower installation experience.
• Deep understanding of residential construction and the trades.
• Previous lead, foreman, or management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong work ethic, leadership ability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop installation professionals
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot challenging installations and provide technical support
• Inspect completed projects and address quality issues
• Work with customers to resolve installation concerns
• Help improve installation processes, efficiency, and team performance
