Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead the operational, financial, and strategic execution of the ACO LEAD model in a high-impact program. You will drive performance improvements, manage payments, and ensure CMS/CMMI compliance while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires strong project management, healthcare operations, and financial analysis skills, with responsibility for presenting results to providers and executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, value-based care, or ACO program management with financial oversight.
• Understanding of CMS/CMMI programs, Medicare value-based payment models, and ACO LEAD structure.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage monthly participant payments with accuracy.
• Ensure CMS/CMMI compliance.
• Serve as first point of escalation for participant concerns.
• Present results to providers, executives, and stakeholders.
