DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow restaurant and hospitality partnerships.
You will identify gaps, propose In-Store Platform solutions like reservations, waitlist, online ordering, and marketing automation, and add new restaurants to the platform while guiding onboarding with partners. You will manage the full sales cycle, present compelling solutions, and maintain strong client relationships to drive success and retention.
The In-Store SMB Sales team at DoorDash is amplifying SevenRooms’ mission to redefine and reshape the hospitality industry for restaurant operators around the globe. Our Account Executives are trusted advisors and expert relationship-builders, approaching every conversation with potential clients in a consultative manner to identify their existing business gaps and think creatively to present the perfect solution. We are changing the current landscape by opening the door for hospitality operators to truly own their guest relationships, reducing dependency on 3rd party networks, and streamlining operations.
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll work directly with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify gaps in their current tools, recommending the appropriate In-Store Platform solutions including reservation, waitlist & table management, Online Ordering for delivery & pickup, marketing automation, and more. This role is necessary to the success of empowering hospitality operators everywhere to excel, be inspired, and deliver magical guest experiences every day. You will add new restaurants to our platform while collaborating with operational teams to support onboarding and foster relationships to guarantee smooth transitions.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission.
