Job description

About the Team

DoorDash Drive is our hyper-growth platform business, serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the US, Canada, and Australia. We're building the next generation of fulfillment services to power delivery for merchants and customers alike. We're looking for an Associate Manager to join our Go-to-Market team and scale our next big bet in e-commerce/logistics.

About the Role

You will drive the revenue and pricing strategy for one of our newest business lines. You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and merchants. You will be on the forefront of growth — partnering closely with Sales to win new deals, shaping our go-to-market approach, building pricing models, and standing up the processes that help us accelerate speed to revenue, grow the top line, and protect margin as we scale.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Strategize – Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes
  • Build – Bring structure to undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools that help us grow new business more quickly and effectively
  • Analyze – Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs)
  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Logistics, Product, and Engineering teams to rapidly scale new business
We’re excited about you because you…
  • Possess exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and Excel, and can build accurate models quickly
  • Use AI tools in your day-to-day work to move faster, test hypotheses, and scale workstreams more efficiently
  • Have strong cross-functional skills and experience leading projects spanning multiple teams
  • Can quickly root-cause a shift in performance, filter out the noise, and focus your energy on the signal that actually matters
  • Have set the strategy and execution plan for a project or workstream with minimal oversight, acting with urgency and ownership when driving multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Are excited about challenging, ambiguous problems and understand when to go to the lowest level of detail to drive results
  • Are curious about the business and how things work; you ask great questions and are not afraid to challenge the status-quo
  • Have 5+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth/early-stage start up environments
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
