Job summary

Lifeway Mobility - Denver is hiring a Lead Accessibility Installation Technician to install and service accessibility equipment in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role involves loading the vehicle each morning, on-site installation and repair of ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts, and clear communication with customers about project details.

You will receive paid training and may work independently or in a two-person team.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, or other installation/service trades is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle each morning.
• Install and repair accessibility products (ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts).
• Explain the project to the customer and answer questions.
• Enter work orders and inventory data in the system.
• Receive paid manufacturer training and hands-on learning.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Jobs may range from a few hours to a few days; no overnight travel.
• Occasional Saturday overtime available.
• All tools provided.
