Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, or related trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle each morning.
• Install and repair accessibility products (ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts).
• Explain the project to the customer and answer questions.
• Enter work orders and inventory data.
• Receive paid training and hands-on learning to develop skills.
• Work independently or in a two-person team.
• Jobs may range from a few hours to a few days; no overnight travel.
• Occasional Saturday overtime available.
• All tools provided.
